Studio Expectations

  • We are an inclusive studio that does not tolerate bullying of any kind. Any physical or psychological threats will be addressed immediately and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
  • No gum or candy is allowed during class time for safety reasons.
  • Please have young children use the restroom before class. Mid-class bathroom breaks disrupt instruction for everyone.
  • Siblings must be supervised at all times. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure siblings are not disruptive in the lobby or studio areas.
  • Dancers are not allowed in the studios before class unless specifically invited in by an instructor.
  • Running or yelling in the lobby or hallways is not permitted—for the safety of all students and guests.
  • Parents wishing to discuss concerns must do so by appointment or email outside of class time. Please do not disrupt class or approach instructors during active instruction.
  • Absences and tardiness disrupt the flow of class. If your dancer will be late or absent, please email the studio ahead of time or leave a note in your Parent Portal.

 Withdrawals, Tuition & Refund Policy

  • To drop a class or discontinue enrollment, you must email the studio or submit a note in the Parent Portal by the 15th of the month.
  • Telling an instructor in person does not count as an official drop. If a class is dropped after the 15th, your account will still be charged for the following month.
  • Enrollment without cancellation by the 10th does not remove your legal obligation to pay any tuition owed.
  • There are no refunds. Class sizes are limited, and your spot could have gone to another dancer. If your child stops attending mid-season or before shirts or costumes are distributed, fees already paid are forfeited.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Classroom Etiquette for Dancers

All dancers receive clear, simple rules to help keep class safe, fun, and focused:

  • We listen with our eyes and ears
  • We keep our hands and feet to ourselves
  • No yelling
  • No running
  • No hanging on equipment
  • No throwing batons unless instructed

Instructors may make exceptions during special games or drills and will explain those clearly at the time.

Dancers are expected to:

  • Enter class in a line
  • Find a dot to sit on for stretching and warm-up
  • Be polite and kind to classmates
  • Before exiting, line up, receive a prize (when earned through good listening), and thank their teacher

These rituals build structure, respect, and a consistent classroom rhythm every week.
