As explained on our dress code tab, IDA students are required to wear black Revolution Dancewear shoes. These can be purchased directly from the studio or even from the comfort of a quick click on your phone via our Nimbly store. The items will ship to the studio for quick pick-up prior to or on the first night of class. Your dancer does NOT have to wear black leos; tanks/pants only from us. If you find some at a garage sale, Goodwill, or even have hand-me-downs, that is perfectly fine as long as they are black, free of holes, and form-fitting.
To ensure proper fitting for shoes, please visit us during the Indianola Farmers Market at the Warren County Fairgrounds on Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm. Batons need to be measured in person. We will also note your dancer’s shirt size, which is included in the registration fee. These can be ordered in person or anytime before August for guaranteed delivery before the start of classes.
Our Studio Gear Shop will open later this summer where you can purchase studio gear for yourself or your dancer which includes shirts, tanks, hoodies, shorts, bags and other accessories, supporting two small, local businesses.
Thank you for supporting Indianola Dance Academy’s reopening, and being a part of an amazing year!
